Dairy-Free Spinach Quiche

- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk or Unsweetened Oat milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick Mix
- 1 TBSP dried minced onions
- 10 oz frozen Spinach Thawed and drained well.
- 1 - 7 oz can of Spam cubed
- 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease 4 - 6.5 Inches Pie Pans.
In a large bowl combine eggs, almond milk, and bisquick mix.
Add onion, spinach, spam and cheese.
Divide into Pie Pans.
Bake 35- 45 mins or until set in the center and golden brown.
