Dairy-Free Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk or Unsweetened Oat milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 1 TBSP dried minced onions
  • 10 oz frozen Spinach Thawed and drained well.
  • 1 - 7 oz can of Spam cubed
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease 4 - 6.5 Inches Pie Pans.
  • In a large bowl combine eggs, almond milk, and bisquick mix.
  • Add onion, spinach, spam and cheese.
  • Divide into Pie Pans.
  • Bake 35- 45 mins or until set in the center and golden brown.
