Buffalo Chicken Omelette
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Mayo
- 1/4 cup of Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 TBSP Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped Green Onions Optional
- Heat skillet to medium heat. Beat eggs and mayo.
Instructions
- Pour in to heated pan. Add Buffalo Chicken Dip and Cheddar cheese. Once eggs appear done fold in thirds. Flip over for another 1 min or so. Plate and top with green onions
