Best Thanksgiving Sausage Stuffing
One of my favorite side dishes during the holidays is stuffing. This is not just any stuffing, and it most definitely does not come out of a box. The one I grew up on is my all time favorite and it was stuffed in the bird before it was taboo.

- 1 - 14 oz package Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Stuffing Blue bag, Not Cubed
- 5 TBSP Butter
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in pan over medium-high heat. Add celery & onion. Add garlic. Season with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes then add sausage crumble and sauce until no longer pink. Remove from heat.
- Add broth and stuffing to pan and mix lightly.
- Spoon prepared stuffing into a greased 3 qt. Casserole dish. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 30 mins. If you like it crunchier bake uncovered.
