If you are anything like me and absolutely adore Starbucks frappuccinos- you seriously need this! This frappuccino machine from Mr. Coffee will save you a ton of money, I promise! When I got it a year ago, it was only $60 @Target and it was a great investment! It will pay for itself in a few short months, the bad thing is you now have frappuccinos available to you at any hour of the day (or night)! For me, the biggest plus is that you can totally customize it and you decide how naughty to make it
Want skim or coconut milk, do it! Chocolate or caramel syrup, sure why not!? Maybe even strawberry syrup, the possibilities are endless!!! By the way this is not a paid advertisement, I just love this machine sooo much I had to share
Just get a big 20oz plastic cup with a straw and a lid (I see them on sale all the time @Target) and you are good to go!
I used to have Starbucks every day! I was addicted! It’s not that I need the caffeine, no, I’m pretty much immune to that, it’s just that their frappuccinos taste pretty darn good and I just craved them, but since I got this I found myself going to the coffeeshop less and less
And knowing that I control the calories definitely helps! So if I want to be good, I would use skim milk, sugar-free syrups, light or no whip so that I don’t splurge on breakfast
You can definitely use a coffee machine and a blender to make a pretty good frappe, but this takes only a few mins to make and it does all the work for you! And it’s extremely easy to clean up!!!
So here’s how I normally prepare it:

Add some coffee and water to the assigned slots and fill the blender mug with ice, vanilla, sugar, syrups and milk.

Press the Frappe button and the process will start
In less than 3mins your frappuccino will be done!
Mocha Frappuccino
Makes 1 20oz drink
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp ground coffee
- 1/2 cup of water
- ice up to the max line (about 2 cups)
- some chocolate syrup, about 2-3 swirls around the cup (as much as it looks good
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or splenda
- 1 cap of imitation vanilla extract (you won’t be able to tell much difference in your coffee)
- 1/4 cup Silk pure coconut vanilla milk
- light whipped cream+ extra syrup to drizzle.
Directions:Put a coffee filter in and add the coffee. Pour the water in the machine. In the blender mug, put the ice, add some chocolate syrup, sugar, vanilla and the milk! Lock the blender mug in the machine and press the frappe button and wait for the magic to happen. While waiting toast one of these bagels and top with some whipped cream cheese.
By now your coffee is done, pour it in a cup top with some whipped cream and a little extra syrup. And now you have an amazing breakfast ready in less than 5 mins that you can eat on the go
How awesome is that!
Variations: want to make a coconut mocha, just add some coconut extract instead of the vanilla and sprinkle some shredded coconut on top, yum! White chocolate mocha? Just substitute the chocolate syrup for white chocolate! Caramel frappuccino, use caramel syrup! Soo many options
